- The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- You can make one visit to each of the three museums during this period.
- Visitors under 18 can enter all three museums free of charge.
- You can access the Reina Sofía Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum with the voucher we will send you.
- To access the Prado Museum, you must redeem the voucher received at the museum’s ticket office.
- Reina Sofía opening hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00. Sunday from 10:00 to 14:30. Closed on Tuesdays.
- Thyssen-Bornemisza opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Prado Museum opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 to 19:00.

Any of the three museums. You can visit them once you receive the official voucher. Please remember that to visit the Prado Museum, you must exchange the voucher received at the museum’s ticket office.

Tickets for visitors under 18 are free and must be obtained directly at the museum's ticket office, where the required documentation will be checked.
On foot, along Paseo del Prado, approximately 15 minutes in a straight line towards Atocha. You can also take metro line 1 between Estación del Arte and Atocha.
This voucher allows one visit to each museum within one year from the date of issue. For visits to the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, you can simply show the voucher we will send you. To visit the Prado Museum, you must redeem the voucher received at the museum's ticket office.
